PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball dispensing machine and a game system which reduce burden of a computing unit of the device installed in a game hall and can take advantage of the merit of PLC. SOLUTION: A ball dispensing machine 20 which is connected with a Pachinko machine 10 and performs power line communication with a management device 30 is equipped with a switching section 216 which determines whether received signals are addressing to itself when it receives signals from a CPU 201 which commands transmitting processing to the management device 30 about the number of dispensed ball bit-string, the number of out ball bit-string and the number of safe ball bit-string, transmits the received signals to the CPU 201 if it is addressing to itself and transmits signals to the management device 30 in response to the command from the CPU 201, a LAN controller 217 and a PLC adapter 218.
