NON-DIFFUSING LUBRICANT COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PREVENTING DIFFUSION OF BASE OIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-diffusing lubricant composition capable of preventing the exudation and diffusion of a silicone base oil contained in a silicone grease from the part to be lubricated and to provide a method for preventing the diffusion of the base oil. SOLUTION: The non-diffusing lubricant composition is constituted by adding a base oil diffusion preventive 5 and an organic solvent 4 to a silicone grease 3. When the non-diffusing lubricant composition 1 is applied to the surface of a substrate 2, the organic solvent 4 in which the base oil diffusion preventive 5 is dissolved diffuses into the surface of the substrate 2 and evaporates to leave a film of the base oil diffusion preventive 5 around the silicone grease 3, and therefore the diffusion of the silicone oil contained in the silicone grease 3 is prevented by the film of the base oil diffusion preventive 5.
