PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sending/fetching management system, a method for it, a program, and a storage medium for accurately managing whether a person to be sent/fetched gets on/off, notifying an arrival prediction time of a sending/fetching vehicle to a sending/fetching person such as parents, and notifying whether sending/fetching by the sending/fetching person is completed. SOLUTION: ID information of a kindergarten pupil is written in an RFID 31 worn by the pupil, the information of the RFID 31 is read by a reader/writer 12 on a kindergarten (sending/fetching) bus 1 sending/fetching the kindergarten pupil, and a bus terminal 11 installed inside the bus 1 receives the RFID information and acquires own positional information to send these pieces of information to a kindergarten server 2. The kindergarten server 2 predicts the arrival time at a bus stop, where a parent comes to send/fetch the kindergarten pupil, based on the ID information of the pupil and the bus positional information received from the bus terminal 11, and sends predicted arrival time information to a parent terminal 4 carried by the guardian.
