<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the speed of a signal reading in an optoelectric transducer with a block wiring. <P>SOLUTION: The optoelectric transducer has a pixel section arranging a plurality of pixels with photoelectric conversion elements, a plurality of the block wirings transferring signals from the pixels, a second transfer switch transferring signals from the block wirings to a common signal line and a drive circuit driving them.
