CURABLE COMPOSITION, CURED FILM, REFLECTION PREVENTING FILM, AND METHOD OF FORMING CURED FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable composition by which a cured film having lower refractive index is obtained and a method of forming the cured film.

SOLUTION: The method of forming the cured film includes: a step for applying photocurable composition containing (A) particles composed essentially of silica, (B) a compound having one or more (metha)acryloyl group in a molecule, (C) a water soluble compound having no polymerizable unsaturated group and having weight average molecular weight of 200-20,000 expressed in terms of polystyrene and measured by gel permeation chromatography and (D) a photopolymerization initiator; a step for irradiating the photocurable composition with light; and a step for immersing the composition into water.
