<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner reducing noxious substances by using at least one of a liquid fuel and a gas fuel. <P>SOLUTION: The burner 100 has a fuel jetting unit 105 for jetting at least one of a liquid fuel and a gas fuel. A plurality of air jetting parts 116 for jetting air for combustion are formed around the fuel jetting unit 105.
