<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film capable of sufficiently suppressing the occurrence of Newton ring when used for a touch panel while maintaining the favorable durability. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film comprises a substrate 10, a transparent conductive layer 20 disposed on one surface of the substrate 10, and an intermediate layer interposed between the transparent conductive layer 20 and the substrate 10 and including binder resin 31 and a plurality of resin particles 32 dispersed in the binder resin 31.
