<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a motor stator which ensures easy assembly without increasing the number of divisions of a stator core. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the motor stator having the stator core 30 where a plurality of recessed slots 32 and a plurality of tapered projected teeth 31 are arranged on an inner periphery and a plurality of coils 10 which are disposed in the slots 32 and to which rectangular conductors 15 with rectangular cross-sections are concentrically wound in a trapezoid, a second coil 10B and a third coil 10C are inserted into respective slots 32B and 32C of the second tooth 31B and third tooth 31C, which are adjacent to both sides of the first tooth 31A. A first coil 10A is deformed in a hollow state. One side part of the first coil 10A is inserted into the slot 32A on one side of the first tooth 31A.
