<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste treatment device for dewatering and drying neutralized slag obtained from a waste water treatment device, returning it to a melting furnace, and then making metals into slag to be collected. <P>SOLUTION: The waste treatment device comprises an internal circulation fluidized bed gasifier 11 for thermally decomposing an gasifying charged wastes A substantially containing copper slag, a rotary melting furnace 21 for introducing thermally decomposing gas E to produce molten slag, a waste liquid decomposing tower 26 provided on the downstream side of the rotary melting furnace 21, a quenching tower 41 provided on the downstream side of the waste liquid decomposing tower 26, a bug filter 51 provided on the downstream side of the quenching tower 41, a slaked lime blow-in device 87 provided between the quenching tower 41 and the bug filter 51 for blowing the powder slaked lime K into exhaust gas being transferred to the bug filter 51 with air, and a neutralized slag storage device 27 connected to a top 18 of the rotary melting furnace 21 for storing the dried neutralized slag N and charging the neutralized slag N to the rotary melting furnace 21 via a valve 29 provided on the bottom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
