<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the complexity of terminal units connected with the conductors of a flat cable and ensure the stability of electric connection. SOLUTION: First to fourth flat cables 1 to 4 are formed by covering flat conductor patterns 11a to 14a with insulation sheets 11b to 14b respectively, and the insulation sheets 11b to 14b of all layers where the flat conductor patterns 11a to 14a are connected are cut out into a window shape to expose conductor exposed portions 11c to 13c. By swelling the required conductor exposed portion 13c upward for plastic deformation and overlaying the flat cables 1 to 4 of all the layers, the conductor exposed portions 11c and 13c are brought into contact with each other, and welded to each other with a welding machine.</p> |
