<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer film which increases the quantity of light emitted from liquid crystal devices such as a liquid crystal display element and a liquid crystal aberration correcting element and achieves high contrast in a liquid crystal display element. <P>SOLUTION: In the multilayer film which is formed on an inner side of a light-transmissive substrate and has a transparent conductive film and an alignment layer, an antireflection film which has a geometric thickness of 10 to 100 nm and comprises laminated layers having a low refractive index and a high refractive index is formed between the light-transmissive substrate and the transparent conductive film and/or between the transparent conductive film and the alignment layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
