<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered electric insulated wire capable of satisfying a requirement of improvement in heat resistance, and also having a discharge resistance property required in used for a coil, and to provide a highly-reliable transformer having excellent electric characteristics, and formed by winding the electric insulated wire with excellent heat resistance and discharge withstand characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayered electric insulated wire is formed of a conductor, and an extruded insulating layers of more than three layers which coats the conductor. Resin for forming an outermost layer A is polyamide resin. Resin for forming an innermost layer B is resin formed by mixing and cross-linking resin containing at least one functional group selected from a group of an epoxy group, oxazolyl group, amino group, maleic anhydride residue to 100 pts.mass of thermoplastic linear polyester resin. The insulating layers 4b-4d (C) between the outermost layer and innermost layer are formed of either one of polyphenylene sulfide resin, polyether sulfone resin, or polyetherimide resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
