<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data recording system for recording data formed in vehicle system development or software development, in which a plurality of designers can simultaneously execute editing operation. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle development system 1 includes, as a database 10a for recording data formed in an adaptation process in vehicle system development, a recording area for recording an adaptation data table (specification data) showing an outline of vehicle control and a recording area for recording design information (detailed setting data) showing a detailed setting corresponding to each item of a plurality of preset items in the adaptation data table.
