<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated cylinder which can lower a voltage induced by an external semiconductive layer of the insulated cylinder by suppressing contact resistance at an interface between an insulating spacer and the insulated cylinder generated by grease applied to the insulating spacer in order to facilitate the movement of the insulated cylinder when the insulated cylinder is connected to the insulating spacer, and by increasing capacitance. <P>SOLUTION: The insulated cylinder includes: an internal semiconductive layer; an insulating layer; the external semiconductive layer; a hollow part into which the insulating spacer having a semiconductive material at a part of its end is accommodated; and protrusions formed on the inside wall of the external semiconductive layer which contacts with the semiconductive material of the insulating spacer. In the insulating spacer, the semiconductive material is integrally formed so as to cover one end of a cylindrical insulating material, and the internal semiconductive layer, the insulating layer and the external semiconductive layer are arranged so that the inside wall of the internal semiconductive layer contacts with the insulating material of the insulating spacer when the inside wall of the external semiconductive layer and the external surface of the semiconductive material of the insulating spacer contact with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
