<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor allowing efficient authentication of a finger vein as individual authentication without needing a special installation space by merging a finger vein pattern input means and a touch panel input means. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor has: the finger vein pattern input means inputting a finger vein pattern; and an input device detecting contact and approach of a finger within a prescribed detection range by a detection sensor so as to operate an item displayed on a display device.
