<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working properties of the process for recovering film lug rubbish. <P>SOLUTION: The rear end part of a preceding film 3a and the tip part of a succeeding film 3b are joined together by a double-sided joint tape 41 and a single-sided joint tape 42. A laser welding apparatus 43 carries out irradiation with welding laser beams SB along a welding line SL. When irradiation with the welding laser beams SB is carried out, the preceding film 3a and the succeeding film 3b are jointed together in the part of the welding line SL. A laser welding apparatus 43 carries out irradiation with clipping laser beans CB along a clipping line CL. When irradiation with the clipping laser beams CB is carried out, the preceding film 3a and the succeeding film 3b of the inside part of the clipping line CL are clipped. The single-sided joint tape 42 is stuck to the clipped preceding film 3a and the succeeding film 3b.
