<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a sole by making the fibers of the side face part of the sole less likely to fall and to getting loose. <P>SOLUTION: The sole 3 made of felt is obtained by cutting a flat felt obtained by applying needle punching to the group of synthetic resin fibers of polypropylene, polyethylene, etc. and pressurizing it to make the fibers entangle each other, corresponding into the shape of the sole.
