The device has flexible cushion filled with polystyrene microbeads adjusting conformation of maintenance of a baby by modeling the microbeads. The cushion is associated with a polyethylene foam type semi-rigid plate (5) for the baby. The cushion includes immovable pockets (3a, 3b) for fixing the plate on an outer surface below the cushion. Edges of the pockets are attached at the outer surface below a mesh envelope of the cushion, where the envelope covers a polyurethrene layer.
