A nasal dilator device is provided. The device has a reusable resilient member and includes an elongated member with a pair of pockets at each end. Each of the pairs of pockets has an opening that faces the other opening. The device also includes two areas of adhesive material on each end of the elongated member, and an elongated resilient element coupled to the elongated member, where a pair of pockets is disposed on a first end of the resilient member, and a second pair of pockets is disposed on the other end.
