An ASK RF signal decoding apparatus and a method thereof are provided to generate the successive clock signal although the idle period is included in the ASF(Amplitude Shift Keying) radio frequency signal. The low frequency signal and high frequency signal are separated from the ASK RF(Amplitude Shift Keying Radio Frequency) signal including the idle period and unidle period and generate busy signal due to being busy the high frequency signal. The busy signal is counted during the unidle period of the low frequency and decoded data is generated by decoding the ASK RF signal. The clock signal is generated based on the count result.
