A plant powder beverage is provided to ensure excellent stability of layer separation even by using plant powder particles of 20 micrometer without a pressure-homogeneous process. A plant powder beverage comprises a dispersing stabilizer consisting of guar gum 1-20 weight%, arabic gum 1-20 weight%, locust bean gum 1-10 weight%, gellan gum 1-10 weight%, HLB 3 sugar fatty acid ester 1-20 weight%, HLB 7 sugar fatty acid ester 1-20 weight%, HLB 11 sugar fatty acid ester 1-20 weight%, HLB 15 sugar fatty acid ester 1-20 weight% and HLB 16 sugar fatty acid ester 1-20 weight%.
