An apparatus for preparing test tube is provided to clamp and transfer test tube successively and stick labels on the transferred test tubes. An apparatus for preparing test tube comprises the following features of: a receiving part for settling one or more palettes(11) vertically loading classified test tubes(S) in a determined location; a transport part(2,2'') which is arranged on the top of the receiving part and grips or releases a test tube by gearing plane-movement on X-Y axis which is in a line with palette to ascent and descent movement of Z-axis direction facing palette; a labeling part(4) which is arranged on the lower part of transport part and adheres the labels including information about sample which in advance is printed by receiving the released test tube inside from the transport part; a exhausting part(5) which is arranged on the lower part of the labeling part and discharge the test tube from the labeling part into outside; and a controller which in advance sets up a test tube among classified test tubes settled in the receiving part and controls the transport part, the driving part of the exhausting part and the labeling part.
