<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that resistance to noise input from an output terminal is low in the conventional output circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The output circuit includes an input terminal for receiving an input signal, an output transistor MNout connected between a first power source gnd and an output terminal, a current control circuit 10 connected to the input terminal and the gate of the output transistor MNout to control current discharge or extraction to/from the gate of the output transistor MNout on the basis of the input signal, a voltage generation circuit 11 connected to the first power source gnd, and a switch circuit S1 connected between the gate of the output transistor MNout and the voltage generation circuit 11 to have the input signal control its opened/closed state, wherein the switch circuit S1 is turned off regardless of a voltage level of the input signal when a potential difference between the gate of the output transistor MNout and the first power source gnd becomes a prescribed value or below. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
