<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic treatment apparatus, uniformly applying a jaw to a probe extending over the whole length of a holding part even when a tip treatment part is provided with a part asymmetrical to the central axis of an insert part so as to exhibit stable coagulation and dissection capability. <P>SOLUTION: This ultrasonic treatment apparatus includes a jaw unit 24, which turns the tip holding member 25 around a support pin 27 to a jaw body to make the tip holding member 25 follow the flexure of a treatment part 9c of a vibration transmitting member, when a tip holding member 25 is closed to a tip working part 9c to hold biotissue between the tip holding member 25 and the tip working part 9c, and which can be rotated around the axis of an insert sheath part at a fixed angle as well. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
