<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training program and a training apparatus allowing a user to effectively train the mimetic muscles. <P>SOLUTION: One of a plurality of prepared subject expressions is displayed on a screen. After presenting a subject expression to a user, positions of face characteristic points are detected from a face image of a user taken by a camera cartridge 38.
