PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal apparatus and a computer program, wherein the limited number of extensions can be effectively allocated.

SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an IP communication system in which a private branch exchange (PBX) 2 for performing speech control to an IP address corresponding to an extension number, one or more slave IP terminals 30 and a master IP terminal 20 to which the IP address corresponding to the extension number managed by the PBX 2 is allotted, are connected via an IP network N. The master IP terminal 20 changes a transmission destination address of a packet received from the PBX 2 into an IP address of the slave IP terminal 30 and transmits the packet to the slave IP terminal 30. When a packet from the slave IP terminal 30 is received, the master IP terminal changes a transmission destination address of the packet into an IP address of the PBX 2 and transmits the packet to the PBX 2.
