PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact lens barrel including a bending optical system and an imaging device disposed on the image surface of the bending optical system, configured to correct a camera shake by moving the imaging device. SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes: an imaging optical system having a plurality of lenses for guiding object light; the imaging device for photoelectrically converting the object light; a first reflecting member disposed first from an object side, for bending an incident light axis incident on the imaging optical system; and an n-th reflecting member disposed closest to the image surface. An (n-1)th reflecting member is disposed so as to bend the light axis in an in-plane direction vertical to the incident light axis, the light axis bent by the n-th reflecting member is parallel to the incident light axis, and the camera shake is corrected by moving the imaging device in the plane vertical to the light axis bent by the n-th reflecting member.
