<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new component concentration plant. <P>SOLUTION: The component concentration plant includes a concentration device using a mixture comprising a plurality of components capable of forming an azeotropic mixture as a material, and for concentrating specific components out of the material, an interphase substance transferring device for selectively transferring the concentrated specific components to a solvent, and a separation device for separating the specific components transferred to the solvent from the solvent. Here, the material is preferably a mixture of ethyl alcohol and water. The concentration device is preferably a distillation column. The interphase substance transfer device is preferably an extraction column. The interphase substance transfer device is preferably an absorption column.
