PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio apparatus in which musical piece being favorite by a user can be highly accurately selected when a reproduction list is made based on reproduction history. SOLUTION: A CPU 10 executes: musical piece selection processing of performing selection of a musical piece based on situation data; an integrated evaluation value calculation processing of obtaining an integrated evaluation value based on a first evaluation value for performing evaluation based on a first evaluation value for performing evaluation based on a recent reproduction state for each musical piece selected by the musical piece selection processing, a second evaluation value for performing evaluation based on the past reproduction date and the present date and a third evaluation value for performing evaluation based on the past reproduction time and the present reproduction time; and list order determining processing determining an order of musical piece of the reproduction list based on the obtained integrated evaluation value by the integrated evaluation value calculation processing.
