摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material producing fullness sensation that solves the problem, wherein low-calorie food sometimes has an opposite effect on a test person because the food makes the person feel hunger at all times, and thus incurs ingestion of excessive quantities of food, which is the so-called "rebound phenomenon", after short-period dieting, except when the test person gains satisfaction, accompanying feeling of fullness, even though dietitians try to reduce calories thereof to be as low as possible, based on the nutritional ingredients of respective food materials, in view of the importance of dietary therapy as symptomatic treatment for a person, such as a healthy individual, an adult disease patient, or the like, who needs to go on dieting. <P>SOLUTION: The food material producing fullness sensation is obtained by kneading refined glucomannan, konjak flour or konjak fine powder into oil and fat ingredient, such as, chocolate so as to keep swelling capacity of mannan grains to be at 100 wt.%, so that the konjak mannan absorbs surrounding water content to be gelatinized and swollen, to make the eater have sensation of being full, more than that by the bulk of the food eaten. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
