<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business form issue server, a business form issue method and a business form issue program for efficiently managing the output of a business form. <P>SOLUTION: When outputting a baggage tag label, an operation terminal 30 transmits the business form identifier of an RFID label to a business form issue server 20. The business form issue server 20 extracts business form data associated with the acquired business form identifier, and rearranges the business form data on the basis of the baggage tag label identifier, and transmits them to the operation terminal 30, and outputs an RFID label from an RFID label printer 55 on the basis of the business form data. The operation terminal 35 transmits the baggage tag label identifier acquired through a bar code reader 36 to the business form issue server 20. The business form issue server 20 extracts the business form data associated with the acquired baggage tag label identifier, and transmits them to the operation terminal 35.
