<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve mutual cooperation between a graphic and a document by not only creating a document framework from graphic-item interrelation two-dimensional expression but also preparing the document including a body, and reflecting an editing result in the document in the graphic-item interrelation two-dimensional expression. <P>SOLUTION: A graphic side accumulation means 3 and a graphic side body generation/editing means 2 of each item are provided on a graphic-item interrelation two-dimensional expression means 1 side, an additional tag is added by a graphic-word processor means 4, and document information including the body is transferred to a word processor means 7. The item and the body can be changed and edited without changing the additional tag on the word processor means 7 side. The additional tag is detected in a word processor-graphic means 5, information of the body and the item changed on the word processor means 7 side is extracted, and is transferred to the graphic-item interrelation two-dimensional expression means 1.
