<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve the unitary management of information related with design books, and to quickly transmit comments from a customer on design books to a books creation department. <P>SOLUTION: This books management system is provided with a creation department terminal 11 arranged in a books creation department 1 for creating design books; a management department terminal 12 arranged in a books management department 2 for managing design books for receiving the design books created by the books preparation department 1 from the creation department terminal 11, and for attaching books management numbers to the design books; and a customer terminal 31 arranged in a customer 30 who uses the design books created by the books creation department 1 for receiving the design books created by the books creation department 1 from the management department 12. The customer terminal 31 is able to transmit comments on the design books created by the books creation department 1 by electronic mail.
