PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure significant reduction of lead inductance energy delivered to a load without placing constraints on the relative locations of a power supply unit and the load, to which power is to be supplied. SOLUTION: A first electrical non-linear device arranged in parallel with a switching means, an energy storing device arranged in parallel with the switching means and in series with the first electrical non-linear device, and pre-charging circuit are provided, and while power supply to the load is possible, the pre-charging circuit is operation-connected to the energy storing device in order to store energy up to a predetermined energy level in the energy storing device.
