PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of electrolytic corrosion in a fixing device having a split fastening type fixing structure. SOLUTION: This fixing device is constituted of: an abutting part 11 having an inner peripheral surface 11a abutted on a fixing target; a pair of fastening parts 12a and 12b formed by a magnesium alloy and fastening the abutting part 11 to the fixing target by fastening with each other; a bolt 20 formed by a metal material different from the magnesium alloy and fastening the pair of the fastening parts 12a and 12b with each other; and a seal member 30 disposed between the pair of the fastening parts 12a and 12b and sealing a space 13.
