PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect a range to be isolated from a radio base station antenna.

SOLUTION: A radio wave evaluation system for evaluating a radio wave transmitted from a radio base station antenna includes: a storage section which stores a transmission output P of the radio base station antenna, a gain G(θ) of the radio base station antenna of each angle θ according to the directivity of the radio base station antenna, and a reference value s of a power flux density S of the radio base station antenna for setting an isolated range to be isolated from the radio base station antenna; a distance calculating section performing calculation by substituting the transmission output P, the gain G(θ), and the reference value s stored in the storage section into a conversion formula (K is a reflection coefficient) which defines a distance R(θ) of each angle θ from the radio base station antenna according to the reference value s as R(θ)=K×P×G(θ)/√(40×π×S); and a display processing section which graphically displays the isolated range set according to the distance R(θ) of each angle θ.
