<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely weaken jetting force of gas within a combination vent and cap that has an upper face and a side face and configured so that a fitting part relative to the upper part of an aerosol container is formed in the upper face and a pressing member for pressing a valve directly or via a projecting stem projects upward from the fitting part. <P>SOLUTION: In the combination vent and cap 11, a recess 20 the bottom of which is larger than the diameter of a hole in which the step fits is formed in the fitting part. The pressing member projects from the inside of the recess. Through-holes are made in the side wall of the recess 20.
