PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly find an element having a large environment impact sensitivity rate with minimum work by obtaining the environment impact sensitivity rate to input values of all the input elements of environmental load indexes as a criterion of assessment, and all processes of a life cycle of a target product to automatically analyze environment impact sensitivity.

SOLUTION: This environment impact assessment system 10 has: an input data production part 1 receiving the input values of all the environmental load indexes and all the processes of the product to be assessed; a sensitivity analysis condition setting part 2 setting a step and a fluctuation when changing the input value; a sensitivity-analyzing input data construction part 3 constructing a sensitivity-analyzing product configuration database; a calculation execution part 4 automatically changing the input value to change the environment impact sensitivity rate indicating a change degree of an environment impact load; an environment impact sensitivity rate calculation part 5 calculating the environment impact sensitivity rate based on an expression for sensitivity calculation; and an environment impact sensitivity rate calculation result display part 6 outputting the environment impact sensitivity rate.
