<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a polymer film laminate capable of manufacturing a homogeneous polymer film laminate while adhesion of the laminate is fully suppressed and with good productivity in the method for obtaining the polymer film laminate by winding a laminate in which a precursor layer of the polymer film is formed on a metal foil and heat-treating it. <P>SOLUTION: The favorable method for manufacturing the polymer film laminate has a first process of winding the laminate in which the precursor layer of the polymer film is formed on the metal foil, and a second process of heat-treating the wound laminate to form a polymer film laminate. In the first process, spacers are respectively arranged along both ends of the laminate so that the spacers are placed between the wound laminates to wound the laminate. As the spacers, they are composed of metal meshes on which projected parts hammered out and formed so as to alternately project to opposite sides are repeatedly provided on approximately whole face, and whose apparent thicknesses are 0.5-3 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
