<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wire harness fixing structure difficult to cause detachment, capable of contributing to reduction of costs without generating VOC, and difficult to generate flip noise (allophone) of a wire harness. <P>SOLUTION: In this structure for fixing a wire harness 30 to an interior part 10 for a vehicle, a silencer pad (sound-insulating material) 20 is fixed to the interior part 10 for the vehicle, and a lock piece 21 formed by cutting one part of the silencer pad 20 is provided to the silencer pad 20.
