摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner-tube flow control method, a tube channel element, a fluid apparatus, and a fluid apparatus system enabling energy saving by reduction of electromotive force, securing of safety by alleviation of vibration and noise, and improvement of work environments. <P>SOLUTION: An air stream generating device 1 arranged inside or outside the tube channel element where fluid is circulated is structured of a first electrode 3 buried in a dielectric 2, a second electrode 4 with the same distance from the surface of the dielectric 2 as the first electrode 3, separated in a direction horizontal to the surface of the dielectric 2, and buried in the dielectric 2, and a power source for discharge 6 impressing voltage between the electrodes 3, 4 through a cable 5. By generating discharge, induction air stream 7 is generated around the electrodes. Control of the size and the direction of the air stream 7 makes changes in voltage impressed on the electrodes, frequencies, current waveforms, and current voltage characteristics such as a duty ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
