<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve operability of a portable terminal, such as a mobile phone or a personal handyphone system (PHS), which performs wireless communication with a base station. <P>SOLUTION: Upon receiving predetermined menu display operation on an operating panel of a portable terminal, a first menu screen is displayed in which small screens corresponding to categories are displayed at display positions corresponding to operated positions on the operating panel, on a display section and upon receiving one key operation, a second menu screen is displayed in accordance with a category corresponding to a small screen being displayed at a display position corresponding to an operated position on the operating panel, on the display section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
