PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor, a data processing program and a data processing system for improving the transfer efficiency of data without extremely deteriorating the processing efficiency of data. SOLUTION: In this data processing system 1A, a document storage server 3 is connected through a network 10 to a multifunction machine 2A equipped with a storage device 21 for storing a data processing program 220A and a CPU 22 for controlling each part or the like. The CPU 22 of the multifunction machine 2A is configured to function as a data processing means 220 which processes data by operating according to the data processing program 220A; a connection establishing operation start means 221 which starts an operation to establish its connection with a document storage server 3 before the processing of data is ended by the data processing means 220; and a transmission means 222 which transmits the data whose data processing has been ended by the data processing means 220 to the document storage server 3 whose connecting has been established by the connection establishing operation start means 221.
