<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily maintain a state that an ink can be stably discharged in a recording head of an inkjet printer. <P>SOLUTION: In a filtering means 20, a filter 23 is divided into two regions of a first filtering region 23a and a second filtering region 23b. The filtering means 20 is divided into a region 21a before filtering and a region 21b after filtering by the filter 23. In the region before the filtering, an ink guide way 28 of the shape meandered in an approximately vertical direction exists, and the ink is guided up to the first filtering region. The filter 23 is constituted such that the wetness of the ink of the second filtering region 23b is higher than that of the ink of the first filtering region 23a.
