PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device capable of changing a structure to a type having a different open/close switch position by changing some members without significantly changing a main structure including a valve member and an actuating member and the like. SOLUTION: The valve device includes a valve seat 26, the valve member 30 contacting with and moving away from the valve seat 26, the actuating member 35 movable in a predetermined area and an open/close actuating mechanism 36, provided between the actuating member 35 and the valve member 30, and moving the valve member 30 to an opened position and a closed position based on movement of the actuating member 35. The open/close actuating mechanism 36 is structured by a rotation member 37, rotatably supported at a tip end of the actuating member 35, and engaging with the valve member 30 and a feeding mechanism 38 for feed-rotating the rotation member 37 by a predetermined pitch at a time along with movement of the actuating member 35. A cam mechanism 39 for opening and closing the valve member 30 based on a feed-rotation position of the rotation member 37 is provided between the rotation member 37 and the valve member 30.
