PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate a metallic spacer and a hub part made of synthetic resin, and to improve the reusing rate of synthetic resin in a cooling fan. SOLUTION: In the cooling fan 1, a blade tip of a cutter knife is inserted in a recessed guide part 5 having a semi-circular cross section and is moved once around along the guide part 5 on an outer peripheral portion 3A of the metallic spacer 3. A crack can be generated from the cut as a start point and reaching the outer peripheral portion 3A of the metallic spacer 3. The outer periphery 3A of the metallic spacer 3 can be separated from the hub part 2, and the metallic spacer 3 can be separated along with portions 2B, 2C made of synthetic resin formed to sandwich the spacer 3 from both front and back faces. Thereby, not only 7 blades 4 in a conventional cooling fan but also all of an outer peripheral portion 2A of the hub 2 and a part of the ring-like portion 2B can be easily separated from the metallic spacer 3 and be reused.
