PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rubber-reinforced styrene resin which is an emulsion low in particle diameter and containing a high melting point phenolic stabilizer, is excellent in a dispersibility into rubber-reinforced styrene resin latex and can minimize necessary amouto to be added. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the rubber-reinforced styrene resin, phenolic stabilizer emulsion composed of a phenolic stabilizer having a melting point of≥90°C and, if required, composed of the other stabilizer and emulsifier, and in which the weight average particle diameter is 0.1 to 1.0 micron, and also, the particles of≥70% occupied in all the particles have the diameters of≤1.0 micron is added to rubber-reinforced styrenic resin latex, so as to be uniformly dispersed therein, and thereafter, a salting out process is performed.
