<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a switching frequency of a converter of the power conversion apparatus and to quickly respond to a change of disturbance or the like so as to suppress it. <P>SOLUTION: The power conversion apparatus is provided with the converter for converting DC power into AC power and an output voltage controller for comparing a voltage command value with a carrier wave signal so as to PWM control output voltage of the concerned converter in accordance with an operating state of the power converter, the voltage is changed from pulse voltage with a pattern of the output voltage pulse width controlled into the pulse voltage monotonously increasing until output voltage reaches the maximum, and into the pulse voltage monotonously decreasing until the output voltage reaches the minimum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
