PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electrode base board for a battery of a constant thickness with a small thickness difference in a roll length direction.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an electrode base board for a battery with nickel plated on the surface of woven or nonwoven fabric made of resin, coating of nickel is carried out in two steps of electrodeless plating and electric plating, and further, before the electrodeless plating, a heat treatment is applied on the woven or the nonwoven fabric made of resin.
