<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC motor controller applicable in an off-line state and an online state and identifies a d-axis motor constant by superimposing a test signal only on a d-axis, and further, identifies a q-axis motor constant by estimating an impedance or an inductance locus, and to provide a motor-constant calculation method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The motor controller is provided with a coordinate converter (22) for outputting a motor current component mapped on a γ-axis, a bandpass filter (24) for extracting a current component flowing from a current mapped on the γ-axis due to an AC test signal, a γ-axis motor-constant calculator (50) for calculating a γ-axis motor constant on the basis of each amplitude value in the γ-axis of the extracted current and the AC test signal, and a q-axis motor-constant calculator (60) for calculating a q-axis motor constant on the basis of the γ-axis motor constant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
